In the clinic, Nicole has had great success combining a variety of techniques in order to achieve maximal results for even the most complex conditions/injuries. She incorporates many techniques including advanced manual/manipulative therapy, osteopathic techniques including craniosacral and visceral mobilization, myofascial release techniques, acupuncture, IMS/dry needling, taping, education about the mind-body connection, specific exercise prescription and retraining of optimal movement patterns/biomechanics. She looks at the body as a whole to get to the source of your pain, effectively correct the underlying pathology, and prevent a recurrence. Osteopathic techniques utilized can also help free up deeper restrictions which supports the body's ability to heal itself and promote overall health and well-being. She has a passion for engaging clients to achieve their activity related goals, whether it is to return to work-related tasks, leisure activities, high-performance sport, or simply everyday tasks.
