Brooklyn graduated from the University of Guelph in 2021 with an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics, where she also completed a minor in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. Brooklyn further advanced her education by completing a Graduate Diploma in Professional Kinesiology at Lakehead University in 2024.
With a passion for improving clients' physical well-being, Brooklyn combines a deep understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation strategies to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether working with athletes, clients recovering from injury, or individuals seeking to improve their overall wellness, Brooklyn is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based approaches to movement, and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Brooklyn enjoys staying active through hiking, exercising, and exploring the outdoors. She also loves to unwind with a good book and cherish quality time with friends and family, maintaining a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle that reflects her dedication to health and well-being.
